Heart Hospital (HH) recently hosted its second Staff and Family Day on 21 February 2025, reinforcing its commitment to Person-Centered Care (PCC) by celebrating the invaluable dedication of staff and the notable support of their families.

In line with Heart Hospital’s mission to enhance staff engagement and foster a supportive work environment where the staff feel valued and respected, this annual event acknowledges the unwavering efforts of healthcare professionals in delivering exceptional patient care. It also provides an opportunity for staff and their loved ones to relax, reconnect, and strengthen their sense of community. With the support of HH’s executive leaders, led by Dr. Nidal Ahmad Asaad, HH CEO and Medical Director, the event took place at the 974 Beach Club, Ras Abu Aboud. The day was filled with engaging activities, including light aerobics, classic games like Tug of War and Sack Races, and fun-filled activities designed especially for the ‘tiny tots and vibrant teens.’ Winners were rewarded with exciting gifts, while all attendees enjoyed sweet treats and delicious food.
